A new surface on a great trail

The Three Eagle Trail Foundation will be undertaking a major trail resurfacing project during the summer of 2025. The project will include the section between the Hwy 45 parking lot and the Sundstein Road trailhead. Since 2007, the foundation has been committed to bringing four-season silent sports recreation to both locals and visitors to the Northwoods.

This project is made possible through a Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant from the Wisconsin DNR, statewide businesses, and people like you! Join the effort by donating to the resurfacing project and help preserve the Three Eagle Trail for the future. All donations are tax-deductible.

Join us on July 19th from Noon to 6:00 pm at Don Burnside Park in Three Lakes for our Fundraising Dinner. There will be food, music, games, and fun for the whole family as we celebrate the Three Eagle Trail and raise money for our project.
